Terms of Cooperation and Refund Policy
Tourism Agency “NonStopTrip”
(hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”)
These terms govern the interaction between the tourism agency “NonStopTrip” and individuals using its services (hereinafter referred to as “Clients”). Booking the Organizer’s services and participating in tours constitutes full agreement by the Client with the terms outlined below.
1. Booking and Payment
1.1. To confirm a booking, a prepayment of 50% of the tour cost is required. Payments are accepted in the following currencies:
• IDR (Indonesian Rupiah),
• RUB (Russian Ruble),
• USDT (Cryptocurrency),
• USD (US Dollar),
• KZT (Kazakhstani Tenge).
1.2. The remaining balance is due on the day of the tour after the driver picks up the Client and the Client boards the vehicle. Payment must be made immediately without delay.
1.3. Prepayment is mandatory as the Organizer pre-books all necessary services for each Client.
2. Cancellation and Refunds
2.1. In the event of tour cancellation by the Client:
• If notification is given 72 hours or more before the tour, 70% of the prepayment will be refunded.
• If notification is given less than 72 hours before the tour, no refund will be issued.
2.2. If the Organizer cancels the tour due to force majeure, a full refund will be provided.
2.3. Refunds will be processed within one business week upon receipt of a written request sent to: balihelper6@gmail.com. The request must include:
• Full name of the Client,
• Tour date,
• Tour name,
• A clear refund request statement.
2.4. Upon agreement with the Client, the Organizer may offer to reschedule the tour for a different date.
3. Route Changes and Weather Conditions
3.1. If weather conditions or other circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control make it impossible to visit certain locations on the itinerary, no refund will be issued.
3.2. Poor visibility due to unstable weather is not grounds for a refund. However, the Organizer may provide a discount voucher for a future tour, depending on the situation.
The safety of the Client’s life and health is a priority for the Organizer. Therefore, all routes and services are designed and provided to minimize risks to the Client. In the event of circumstances threatening the Client’s safety or health, the Organizer reserves the right to alter the itinerary, shorten the program, or cancel the trip without prior notice.
3.3. The Organizer is not responsible for threats to the life or health of the Client. All activities during the tour are conducted by certified professionals, whom the Client may contact in the event of any risk to life or health.
4. Breakfast Vouchers
4.1. Most tours include a breakfast voucher worth 50,000 IDR. If breakfast is not arranged due to a technical error, the Organizer will refund the voucher’s value.
4.2. The Organizer is not responsible for the Client’s refusal to have breakfast or dissatisfaction with the meal’s quality. Refunds in such cases will not be issued.
5. Conduct During the Tour
5.1. The Organizer is not responsible for:
• Conflicts between tour participants,
• Discomfort caused by other participants’ preferences.
5.2. Stops requested by the Client are allowed only at locations convenient for the itinerary. Delays or a driver’s refusal to stop are not grounds for a refund.
5.3. If the Client’s expectations of the itinerary or locations do not match reality, no refund will be issued. The Organizer provides all available information about itineraries in advance.
6. Responsibility for Misconduct
6.1. In the event of:
• Rude behavior towards the driver, guide, managers, or fellow travelers,
• Disruption of the itinerary or its components,
• Incitement of conflicts,
The Organizer reserves the right to terminate cooperation, remove the Client from the itinerary without a refund, and blacklist them with other tourism agencies in Indonesia.
6.2. All cases of misconduct are documented, and the relevant information may be made public.
7. Communication During the Tour
7.1. The Organizer is not obliged to be in contact with the Client during the tour unless a VIP service has been ordered. All questions should be addressed to the driver or guide.
7.2. If necessary, the guide or driver will independently contact the manager.
8. Use of Photos and Videos
8.1. The Organizer reserves the right to use photo and video materials created during tours for personal purposes, provided the following conditions are met:
• The materials were created by a photographer employed by the Organizer, or
• The materials were created by the Client on their personal device and voluntarily shared with the Organizer by the Client.
